Lodges with Hot Tubs in Sussex: The Adults-Only Alternative

If you have been searching for lodges with hot tubs in Sussex, you have probably scrolled past the same thing again and again: big holiday parks, rows of identical lodges, and a hot tub on a deck overlooked by the neighbours. KOA Cabins is the other way of doing it — three individual luxury cabins hidden in 14 acres of private West Sussex woodland, each with its own completely private hot tub.
Lodge park or private woodland cabin?
The word people type is "lodge", but what most couples are really looking for is privacy. At KOA there are no shared facilities, no site traffic and no other guests beyond the two named on each booking. Every cabin is completely secluded, with floor-to-ceiling opening windows onto the trees, underfloor heating, a full kitchen and a luxury en-suite — and a private hot tub with an opening roof and sides, robes, slippers and spa towels ready when you arrive.
Three cabins, three different stays
KENA has its own infrared sauna, KOBI adds a romantic bath tub, and KOYA is our showpiece with a striking round bed and outdoor shower. All three are adults-only, self-catering and designed for two, with outdoor cinema, 4K smart TV and high-speed Starlink WiFi included.
Where we are
KOA Cabins sits in Copthorne, West Sussex — five minutes from Gatwick Airport (but outside the main flight path), five minutes from Three Bridges station, fifteen from East Grinstead and under half an hour from Brighton. Close enough for an easy escape from London; far enough into the woods to feel like nowhere else exists.
Prices and availability
Stays start from £395 a night including VAT, with one-night breaks available on selected dates and a midweek two-night special with check-in on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Check live availability and book online here.
